不用等到2015年，2014年就是房市跌價的開始

其實從2013年底就看了出來
誇張房價已經使一般民眾購屋意願低落
市場觀望氣氛濃厚
明年房價鐵定慢慢下滑
但明年是買房時間嗎？
我個人認為不是
2015年中過後才是買房的時機
相信明年2014年是很有趣的一年
起初一堆報復上漲
再來撐不住慢慢降價
年底後散戶開始撐不住要拋售
再來2015年初大戶投資客眼見不對也開始拋售
這時候還不是買的時間
讓他們整個被房貸壓到喘不過氣時
嘿嘿!慢慢看房吧！買方市場來了!
價格盡量給它殺下去就對了!!!
