罵弟媳妖魔 大姑小姑判賠

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中13日電）詹家子女為照料年邁母親事宜在茶館開會，大姑、小姑3人被控輪番以「妖魔化身」、「不孝」等辱罵弟媳。法院判3女共需賠償新台幣16萬元。

根據台中地方法院的判決書，陳姓女子的丈夫是詹家獨子，她指控丈夫的3個姐妹於100年8月間在中市一家茶館包廂內開家庭會議時，先後以「不要臉」、「妖魔化身」等語言辱罵她。

大姑與小姑們則指稱，弟弟將年事已高、失智的老母接回同住3個月後，就送到仁愛之家，導致母親病況加重，走失8次，姐妹要求弟弟與弟媳出面處理，但兩人置之不理。

陳女事後出具錄音證據提告公然侮辱，並提出附帶民事賠償，要求3人各賠償精神撫慰金50萬元。

台中地院法官以姑嫂應相互尊重，維護家族感情，竟因照顧母親引發口角及辱罵等情事，判大、小姑各賠償3萬、5萬、8萬元。全案仍可上訴。1021113
