輕颱法西今晚生成　不影響台灣

中央氣象局指出，位於關島東南方海面熱帶性低氣壓，今天晚上8時增強為今年第三號颱風法西（Faxai，寮國命名，女子名），目前距離鵝鑾鼻東南東方約3300公里，目前颱風中心近似滯留，對台暫無影響。

此外，氣象局說，明天白天天氣型態和今天類似，除東半部及北部山區有局部短暫雨，其他地方為多雲到晴，後天一早，受鋒面通過及東北季風增強，北部及東北部天氣轉涼，東半部、北部及中部山區有短暫雨，北部白天高溫約19℃，比今明兩天下降約7℃。（許敏溶／台北報導）
