圖文blog 2014.01 http://sunyat.pixnet.net/blog/post/56154003 blog為遊記，摘取食記部分:) 秋霞麵店 炸醬麵 牛肉麵 地址：台東縣東河鄉都蘭38-5號 台11線147.5K處右轉往海邊方向 電話：089-531006 營業時間：10:00~14:00 | 17:00~19:30 每週一公休 聽朋友說這邊有間很厲害的麵店， 原本有點隱密近來在眾多網友搜尋之下變得很熱門！ 所以連招牌都變得明顯，整個店也愈來愈亮眼。不過也愈來愈囂張，怎麼說呢！ 來這裡低消一律一碗麵，我還是第一次聽說麵店有基本消費單位為一碗麵的， 滷菜不算低消。 整個店家用鐵皮屋搭建起來，廚房就在看的到的地方，非常乾淨。 豆干+海帶 30元 分量其實沒有想像那麼多，醬油膏滋味傳統帶出滷菜的美味。 麵食 在低消的壓力之下，兩個人點了兩碗麵，一碗牛肉一碗酢醬。 鬆了一口氣是由於來台東有太多美食， 深怕吃太多會影響後頭的行程(東河包子)， 但覺得秋霞麵店在大家口耳相傳下分量變得那麼少，失望不已。 只是雖然少但精美，酢醬非常的香，加上麵條偏粗口感十足，個人非常愛這個風味！ 同樣的牛肉麵100元，肉塊與麵條稀疏，湯汁清淡牛肉香氣，不油膩。 這店有許多規定，包括不提供小碗，感覺在台東應該找尋地到更有人情味的小店， 這間「秋霞麵店」只能存在記憶中，大概再也不會過來了！ ※ 編輯: cottonbubble 來自: 61.227.171.78 (02/28 21:18)
