怒賞巴掌打男友 凱渥女模判拘役

26歲女模吳嘉蓁(本名吳承昱)，去(2013)年3月與流行音樂創作人陳姓男友吵架後怒摑他兩巴掌，結果竟導致陳男聽力受損、耳膜破裂，兩人分手後陳男堅持提告，台北地院判吳女拘役55天。

據了解，吳嘉蓁為第二屆凱渥之星冠軍，在去年3月因為直呼陳男全名，導致陳男不滿，兩人因此發生爭吵，而吳女在一氣之下重甩陳男兩巴掌，陳男當場感覺嚴重耳鳴，到醫院檢查後發現耳膜破裂、聽力受損，影響其音樂事業。

事後吳女與陳男兩人分手，陳男憤而提告吳女傷害，而吳女雖坦承犯行並向陳男道歉，但卻稱因對方求償金額太高無法和解。

最後法官審酌吳女無前科，且目前仍是學生，依傷害罪判其拘役55天，得易科罰金5萬5千元，全案仍可上訴。
