林克穎案三度開庭　視訊連線老師艾琳達

涉嫌撞死黃姓送報生的英商林克穎引渡案，從當地時間26日起於英國愛丁堡地方法院與台灣視訊連線開庭審理，而28日晚間6時許三度連線開庭，以遠距視訊方式詢問林克穎的老師艾琳達。

根據《中央社》報導，林克穎引渡案，英國愛丁堡地方法院訂從當地時間26日起，一連3天密集開庭審理，由英國法官以遠距視訊方式和台灣進行連線。

報導指出，因為林克穎擔心被引渡台灣，因此過去庭訊時屢屢指控台灣司法不公，法官藉此庭訊3名在台證人，以及林克穎在台委任律師陳達成及林克穎的女性友人，而台灣時間28日晚間6時許三度連線開庭，以視訊詢問林克穎的老師艾琳達作證，以了解在台灣是否受到公平審判、過程是否符合歐洲人權公約等。

不管英國法官未來將裁決同意引渡與否，結果出爐後林克穎與台灣都可提起抗告。此外，根據前例，引渡程序短則3個月，長則費時數年，需視英國法院實際審理進度而定。
