盜版日劇重製轉售 網拍賣家涉侵權

1名沉迷日劇的網拍soho族，時常買盜版光碟回家觀賞，看完直接網拍轉售，後來她發現有利可圖，加上卡債纏身，竟然盜燒日劇，以每部50元代價在網路賤賣，半年狂銷3000多部，光是「半澤直樹」就賣了500多部，日本片商網路巡邏發現，直接報請警方逮人。

「以牙還牙、加倍奉還」，半澤直樹經典台詞，在2013年紅遍日本，也在台灣刮起半澤風。

網拍盜版一籮筐，逼的日本片商網路巡邏尋求自保，還真的逮到1名網拍soho族，在自個家盜燒日劇，一部賤賣50元。

就連溫暖型男福山雅治的連續劇，也遭殃出現盜版，警方調查發現這回破獲的網拍盜版實在有夠扯，賣家自己沉迷日劇，呷好道相報，買盜版、看盜版之後，還整份copy在網路販售，不法所得通通拿來填卡債錢坑。

日本片商盯得緊，網路巡邏求自保，蒐證多時報請警方公權力介入，不讓戲劇心血結晶，遭人侵權賤賣牟利。(民視新聞 薛嘉瑩、黃柏崴 新北市報導)
