機密賣共諜百萬 少校被訴

屏東空軍439聯隊去年爆發共諜案，任少校電子戰參謀官的郝志雄涉嫌自民國99年起，至少4次將E-2K空中預警機的相關軍事機密，透過中間人萬宗琳交付共諜，兩人獲100萬元報酬，均被依違反《國安法》等罪嫌起訴。

高雄高分檢調查，王男曾被羈押在土城看守所時認識萬宗琳，王男因犯下懲治盜匪條例案件於民國97年潛逃大陸，對外自稱台商，後來被共諜吸收，為蒐集我軍事情報，拜託萬男尋找對象。

萬男在屏東空軍439聯隊基地附近開設卡拉OK店，少校電子戰參謀官郝志雄經常光顧，萬男遊說他以軍事機密賣錢，郝員於是自99年11月起至去年6月止，先後4次洩露有關E-2K的情報。

萬男收線後，經由人頭帳戶匯款，萬男共收到台幣100萬元，分給郝員21萬元，自己拿79萬。

去年6月，調查局中部地區機動工作站偵辦毒品案，對萬男實施通訊監察發現上情，報請國防部高等軍事法院高雄分院與高雄高分檢指揮偵辦。
