蛋價漲4成　6億市值養雞場淪法拍

民生物資漲不停，年後開市以來，雞蛋價格漲了近4成，但台南仍有養雞場不敵景氣寒冬，淪法拍市場。台南市新化區山腳里一處養雞場，27日將於台南地方法院執行第3拍，待拍戶地坪32799坪，底價4億6648萬元。
 
富屋房屋所長黃建融表示，待拍戶土地分區屬特定農業區農牧用地，若以1坪2萬元行情抓算，市值約6億元，「3拍價格確實低於市價，適合建設公司、農場或工廠投資。」據悉，2年前曾有紡織廠出價購買，當時開價約3億元未成交。
 
根據法院筆錄顯示，待拍戶原屬點交物件，現租給第三人經營雞蛋生產事業，因佔有人提出聲明異議，排除前暫不點交。黃建融提醒，根據《農地重劃條例》第5條規定，隔壁田地所有者具優先購買權，「但因金額偏高，相對購買意願偏低。」（王筱君／台北報導）
