高職男假冒律師　一騙竟長達14年

高職補校畢業竟能假冒律師行騙14年！台南一名僅具有高職學歷的余姓男子，被檢方查獲就像電影《神鬼交鋒》一樣，沒有律師執照竟能到處招攬訴訟詐財，行騙長達14年之久，直到被檢方聲請羈押時，還不知道什麼叫「羈押」，讓檢方當場傻眼。

根據了解，涉案的余姓男子學歷僅高職畢業而已，卻假冒律師到處行騙長達14年，直到日前台南地檢署檢方辦理「廉政暨為民服務問卷調查」時，才被民眾踢爆假冒律師行騙不法情事。

檢方接獲民眾反映後立即分案偵辦，才查出這起猶如電影《神鬼交鋒》般的詐欺案情；偵訊後，依詐欺及違反《律師法》等罪嫌向法院聲請羈押獲准。
