標題[心得] TOSHIBA R930硬碟壞軌送修心得

當初發現壞軌越來越多...，曾經來發過一篇文 2/17直接拿去台中的維修中心送修等到今天都沒消息(3/14) 所以主動打電話詢問，結果才知道 2/18就有通知可以去拿硬碟了只是沒接到電話... (我以為會是維修站的電話，結果查一下未接來電，好像是手機號碼) 拿回來的硬碟只有用過4次(0小時)，原廠C槽資料也有還原應該算直接換一顆新的硬碟回來吧 (雖然新買的WD黑標7200轉比較好用...，開機快了20秒左右) 還好當初可以只留硬碟，主機先拿回去了 (不然一個月沒電腦用...) 保固內有壞軌的記得可以送維修站然後時間太久，記得主動打電話問一下進度送修單好像有寫通知超過30天沒拿就當作你放棄...之類的以上心得給未來TOSHIBA送修硬碟的人做參考 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.120.223.72
