墾丁國家公園下月起僅9處能吸煙

因應菸害防制治新規定4月1日上路，墾丁國家公園管理處今天公告園區內的後壁湖、社頂自然公園、鵝鑾鼻、貓鼻頭公園、關山地區、南灣遊憩區等6處區域禁菸，並規畫後壁湖的公有停車公廁頂樓陽台、社頂公園管理站外側停車場草皮、鵝鑾鼻區域的砂島展示館及鵝鑾鼻公園停車場南側、貓鼻頭公務停車場南側、關山地區的龍鑾潭自然中心東側涼亭及關山公有收費亭周遭與瓊麻館涼亭周遭、及南灣服務中心左側牆邊等9處吸菸區。
 
常往墾丁玩的民眾張福來表示，墾丁國家公園範圍那麼大，吸菸又是幾分鐘的事，落實禁菸令恐怕很難。對此，墾管處遊憩服務課長張芳維表示，吸菸稽查是衛生單位的權責，墾管處只是依法公告。
 
衛生局保健科長呂孟倫表示，4月起除吸菸區外，墾丁國家公園未設吸菸區處全面禁菸，違反規定可依法處新台幣2千元至1萬元間的罰鍰。至於執行禁菸令的難度問題，不可避免，若真有某些場所常被檢舉違法吸菸，就會加強稽查人力前往；但當然是希望民眾都能配合，營造無菸環境。（陳宏銘／屏東報導）
