黃世銘彈劾案脫身 年終卻被立委刪

檢察總長__黃世銘今天因為洩密案、到法院出庭。他面對記者詢問有關監察院彈劾、以及被立法院刪除年終獎金的問題時、始終面帶微笑，不作回應。 在律師陪同下，再度到法院開庭，檢察總長黃世銘面帶微笑，態度卻很低調。 面對監察院二度彈劾案沒通過，年終被立法院砍光等問題，黃世銘都避而不談，因為就算暫時保住檢察總長大位，還有洩密案的官司要打，這次出庭，和承辦關說案的檢察官鄭深元對質，兩人在庭上，表情嚴肅，鄭深元則陳述，檢察官林秀濤被約談時，確實情緒很激動，更有坦承，有接受檢察長陳守煌的關說，對於特偵組長楊榮宗爆出，鄭深元在關說案的報告中，有建請總統讓前法務部長曾勇夫請辭，以利案件偵辦，鄭深元也承認，確實出自他的建議

。法院傳喚鄭深元，就是要釐清黃世銘在偵辦關說案過程，有沒有洩密，之後將在陸續請特偵組事務官和書記官作證，密集開庭，全案可望在黃世銘4月任期屆滿前宣判。
