合正科技（5381）今天公布2013年12月營收1.35億元，比11月及2012年12月各減少9.19%、35.3%。

合正2013年營收18.85億元，較2012年衰退38.04%；其中第4季營收4.33億元，低於第3季0.8%，今天股價亮燈漲停板，收盤價3.72元。

合正2013年前三季毛利率負1.01%，稅後純益3,600萬元，每股稅後純益0.19元；毛利率比2012年同期提高7.09個百分點，因有處分惠州廠房挹注，轉虧為盈。

合正2013年第3季稅後純損2,292萬元，在第2季處分轉投資大陸廣東省惠州廠挹注，相較轉盈為虧，但比2012年同期縮減80.76%，每股稅後純損0.12元。

合正2013年第3季營收4.57億元，毛利率3.32%；營收比第2季及2012年同期各增加13.64%、13.43%，毛利率分別提高9.02、4.06個百分點，創12季最高。
