醃頭案 法醫：疑未死即遭支解

（中央社記者江俊亮嘉義市10日電）男子陳佳富被控殺害胞妹、醃頭棄屍。法醫今天在開庭時證稱，跡證顯示死者被掐住脖子，且可能在尚未死亡前即被肢解。

嘉義地方法院今天下午開庭審理陳佳富殺人案，傳訊法務部法醫研究所法醫蕭開平說明相驗情形。

蕭開平表示，由於案發後只發現一個頭顱，因此法醫的工作是研判傷口是死前或死後造成、死亡時間與發現時間的差異性、從微細跡證去了解用幾種刀具處理。

他說，死者鎖骨有受傷，胸鎖乳突肌有出血情況，顯示生前有遭受外力掐擠，而且部分跡證顯示，死者有可能未完全斷氣，即遭肢解。

蕭開平指出，死者頭顱內沒有血液殘留，很可能是凶嫌在最短時間內，讓血液全部流光。雖然死者身上有驗出藥物反應，但都是死者生前吃的治療藥物，並無安眠藥成分。1030110
