今年第1個「億萬富翁」，今天誕生了！晚間開獎的大樂透，頭獎獎金1億元，開出頭獎的地點位於台中市南屯區三義里河南路上的佰禾彩券行。

這也是今年新春以來，開出的第1個億萬頭獎；佰禾彩券行負責人洪朝桂說，過去雖然就有經營彩券行，但是，是第1次開出頭獎。

洪朝桂說，投注站位於住宅區，不少客人是鄰近的住戶，偶爾也有過路客。有客人這幾天投注時說，有預感會開出頭獎；沒想到，今天就開出頭獎。
