目前考慮過完年離職 之前沒有過經驗 想請問 1.離職通常是跟自己的主管提，還是直接找經理(當初面試者)?或是直接找人資辦手續? 2.提離職當天還需要上完整天班嗎?還是手續辦完就能離開了?(還在試用期內) 那通常早上提還是快下班提會比較好? 3.離職原因爬文好像大多講個人生涯規劃，如果被問有什麼計畫要怎麼回答較好? 4.如果在2月離職薪資算法會是以28天還是30天算呢? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.171.227.193
