【李宗祐／嘉義報導】今天下午4時鐘姓民眾到嘉義縣番路鄉仁義潭溜狗，行經仁義潭大壩中間時，看到水中有一名男子在游泳，好奇地用手機拍下畫面，沒想到男子就這樣沈入水中不見，民眾嚇得緊急打119求救。警方和消防人員據報在大壩堤防旁找到嘉義市民「羅文彰」（39歲)的證件、拖鞋，已聯絡家人確認身分中，目前正全力搜救。
