深圳著名「爛尾樓」起火　幸無人傷亡

【李忠謙／綜合外電報導】廣東省深圳市羅湖區著名的「爛尾樓」（因建商落跑未能完工的大樓）正順廣場，今（11日）下午5時左右突然起火，黑色濃煙遮蔽大半天空，相關照片也在微博瘋傳，幸好撲救及時未造成傷亡。

原名為「新世紀廣場」的「正順廣場」早在1993年就已開工，1998年主體基本完工，但原建商新世紀公司無力償還債務，這棟主體為39層樓的雙塔建築自2000年後便無以為繼，成了深圳著名的「爛尾樓」。直到今年才由美洲聯冠置業公司接手，9月5日建築重新亮燈。

11日下午4時57分左右，正順廣場裙樓的（共8層）樓頂天台突然冒出火勢，周邊一公里能見到上空的黑煙。由於是室外，火災未造成人員被困和傷亡，火勢在晚上7時被完全撲滅，起火原因目前正在調查中。
