大統出包銀行抽銀根行使抵銷權扣抵一億多

彰化地檢署偵辦大統長基油品案，為避免大統公司及高振利脫產，二十一號就扣押大統及高振利名下十二家銀行帳戶，而十二家貸款給大統公司的銀行擔心錢收不回來，在檢方扣押後隔天立即抽銀根，行使抵銷權，將大統及高振利名下帳戶內的流動資金當作「未償貸款」，進行扣款，總數約一億多元，這下子，讓要求退貨的下游廠商更擔心拿不到貨款。

大統長基油品案爆發，當時媒體就發現有銀行人員前往大統瞭解狀況，大統長基公司及高振利向十二家銀行貸款，在檢方二十一號扣押大統及高振利名下十二家銀行帳戶之後，銀行擔心債權不保，以借款人遇重大事件，財務有嚴重惡化之虞，緊跟著在二十二號，行使抵銷權，據指出，每家銀行放貸的金額從數百萬元到數千萬元不等，銀行將大統及高振利名下帳戶內的流動資金當作「未償貸款」，進行扣抵，總數約一億多元。

這筆錢被銀行扣抵，直接受影響的，就是下游廠商，因為如此一來，大統更沒有資金可以退還下游廠商退貨的貨款。

至於是否影響日後賠償，檢方表示，大統公司名下土地及房產，應該有十多億元，其中大統在彰濱鹿港區的十公頃廠房及土地，市價就接近十億元。
