幫朋友代PO 有二種公司比較，想請懂的前輩回答一下想請問成立一間公司，資本額多少會影響到什麼呢? a公司: 專心做某種行業，舉例假如是包包，但有些包包的零配件，不能自已做得請外面的公司做。資本額億，在大陸設很多廠。 b公司: 老闆開了很多公司，不同行業但資本額卻是只有幾百萬，但是在大陸有廠有查過大陸成立的公司資本額也是只有一千多萬台幣但是他卻是能包包全部自已完成，甚至能做其他的如衣服、褲子、鞋子、手套我是原本覺得b公司比較利害，自已的工廠能夠生產多元化的產品，自已完成不委外，而a公司，只單一專心做某一樣，有些部分還得委外，但查了資額本才知道， b公司的資本額很少有前輩可以分析一下資本額多少會影響什麼嗎感謝各位版友的熱心回應 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.34.43.129
