南投縣前議長鄭文銅收賄500萬　判刑11年半定讞

前南投縣議會議長鄭文銅在任內，因以職權干涉議會工程招標，涉嫌舞弊、收受回扣500萬元，16日最高法院依貪汙等罪嫌，將鄭文銅判刑11年6個月，併科罰金600萬元，褫奪公權5年定讞。

鄭文銅在議長任內，派議會約僱人員陳文裕、議會機要秘書陳顯，在民國92年至94年，找熟識的營造廠借牌圍標，但其實是由大兒子、二兒子負責工程。

鄭文銅涉嫌舞弊、圖利自己、圍標工程、收受回扣500萬元等，經手案件包括有南投縣議會黨團辦公室及鳥園增建工程等4件工程。
