台灣美式料理 走細分化市場

有越來越多美式食物引進台灣，包括位於台北西門町的「起司大衛」，標榜賣的是費城特色「起司鐵板牛排堡」、「紐澳良小廚」介紹的是紐奧良風味餐，而由復興空廚所開設的「Bakery 49」則以加州風菜色為主調。

「Bakery 49」二店本月起進駐台北新光三越A8館，業者表示，店內所販售的酸麵包種，源自於美國舊金山，以低溫冷藏方式從舊金山將酸麵包酵母菌種帶回台北，這次針對百貨賣場推出了美國輕食，有12款三明治及帕里尼。

從醃製三天的「燻牛肉三明治」、18小時低溫烹煮的「蘇偉迪燒烤豬肉三明治」、經典火腿起士「雙味帕里尼」及海鮮口味的「鮮蝦總匯帕里尼」，另有「舊金山漁人碼頭海鮮湯」及「39號碼頭炸魚」等。
