我小時候生長的地方沒有鱔魚麵...自從在台南吃過後驚為天人 發誓以後每次去台南都一定要吃鱔魚麵(而且我愛油麵不愛意麵) 撇除一些不合口味的..我目前吃過阿鐵,阿輝,沙卡里巴裡面那家(名字忘了)還有阿江 阿江實在是心頭好啊!!!! 但是還是想開發新的店,爬了文發現眼鏡.志明.城邊...都褒貶不一 我對鱔魚麵的要求是要脆,醬汁要入味但不能蓋過鱔魚本身的風味,鹹甜我倒是都能接受 有美食達人可以推薦我嗎??我真的想念鱔魚想念到快瘋了~~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.40.156.116
