聲寶決議買回庫藏股區間價9至12.5元

聲寶（1604）董事會通過實施庫藏股買回註銷股本。預計買回2萬張，買回期間自10 月15日起至12月13日止，買回價格區間為9元至12.5元

聲寶表示，實施庫藏股主要為股價明顯低於淨值，加上第3季為家電銷售淡季，因此逢低買回註銷股本。以102年半年度財報來看，每股淨值13.7元，買回減資後，淨值可再提昇0.5元，提高至14.2元。

聲寶股價14日收在9.96元，上漲0.04元，成交量1,700多張。根據聲寶上半年財報，合併營收60.97億元，稅後純益3.05億元，每股稅後純益0.56元。
