我記得2007年我在美國的時候
一個朋友起碼舉出10個房價會大漲的因素
他還說連小跌的機會都沒有
我再不買就只能看著房價一路飆上去
後面我就不多說了....

這市場不是我們平民老百姓說了算
明天政府課重稅, 金融危機, 天災....
太多不確定因素可以讓房價大跌

真的大跌後
有錢人一樣爽爽過, 但是拿未來在賭房價的人呢?

好日子過久了, 還是要懂得風險管理.
居安思危, 穩健投資, 常保平安.
如果家裡有幾個億沒地方花
那我是建議趕快買
順便代替國家感謝你

對了, 我那個朋友後來房子被收走, 離婚, 沒工作, 信用破產, 最後在機場開巴士....
而我用當時市價6成, 買了現在的房子

我想我當年真是癡心妄想阿
