肺癌標靶新藥上市 增存活期 但要自費

據統計，國內每年新增9000名肺癌患者。因肺癌早期沒症狀，加上腫瘤容易轉移，許多患者發現時多已是晚期，增加治療難度，存活時間也大幅縮短。今年5月國內衛生福利部食品藥物管理署通過肺癌標靶新藥上市，針對有生長因子基因突變的肺腺癌患者，相較目前標靶藥物是針對單一基因突變，新藥則鎖定基因突變的其他4個家族成員能一起抑制，疾病無惡化存活期增加3.3個月，可作為晚期肺癌的第一線用藥。

不過，新藥目前健保不給付，台北榮總胸腔腫瘤科主任蔡俊明說，民眾每月需自費5萬5000至6萬元，提供另一種用藥選擇。
