中信兄弟2月份上任的隊長周思齊，首度發起春訓頒獎典禮，利用6日自辦熱身賽最終戰的賽前空檔，頒發紅包勉勵今年春訓表現亮眼的球員，周思齊說：「除了希望能勉勵球員、提振全隊士氣之外，還希望能變成球隊的傳統。」。

中信兄弟首屆的春訓頒獎典禮，由隊長周思齊發起，教練團集資並討論出各獎項得主，最佳投手為熱身賽表現亮眼的王則鈞，他出賽8場，1先發7後援，總計11局的投球僅被敲6支安打，只有1次保送，投出7次三振，失掉3分僅1分自責分。

最佳捕手為黃鈞聲、內野手則是陳江和。最佳外野手由手感火燙的郭健瑜抱走，他熱身賽總計39個打數敲出18支安打，打擊率超過4成，貢獻9分打點，獲獎實至名歸。
