光電董座誣2前任者A7億　判刑6月

苗栗縣一家小型的光電公司陳姓董事長，不滿前2任董事長卸任後，未完整交接公司事務，竟於前年10月間寫信給公司股東，信件內容提及「公司與香港商的買賣案，賣得美金2500萬美金（約新台幣7億5千萬），均由前2任董事長接洽、簽約，但至今未把款項交給公司，侵吞據為己有，對全體股東權益損害甚鉅.... 」。2名前後董事長得知後，認名譽受損，怒控對方妨害名譽。

新竹地院法官認為，陳姓董事長寫的內容沒有經合理的查證，且不是事實，有貶損2名被害人的社會評價，且陳男犯後還一再飾詞辯解，毫無悔意，因此今天依散布文字誹謗罪，判刑6個月，易科罰金1天折算3000元，得易科54萬罰金。另2名前任董事長也提出民事賠償，要求陳姓男子各賠300萬元。(楊勝裕／新竹報導)
