光寶科技經理涉內線交易　遭檢方搜索約談

股票上市公司「光寶科技」內部人員涉內線交易，檢調6日上午兵分5路，搜索一名李姓經理辦公室及相關友人的住處，並約談7名嫌疑人到案，預計晚間移送台北地檢署復訊。

據報導，李姓經理承辦公司收購案，但去年12月至今年1月，卻涉嫌在公司發布利多訊息之前，將消息洩漏，勾結友人買股套利，1月30日上午「光寶科技」有2筆大量買股交易，當天股市收盤後即召開臨時股東會通過收購案，隔天持股者隨即就將股票賣出，賺取不法利益約100萬元。

台北地檢署今天指揮調查局台北市調查處，持6張搜索票，兵分5路，搜索李姓經理辦公室、住處，及友人住處，並帶回7人到案說明，預計晚間移送台北地檢署復訊。
