吳宗憲掏空案被判刑　發聲明捍名節

【張瑞振╱台北報導】吳宗憲涉與上櫃公司聯明行動科技董座許豐揚勾結，利用假交易共同掏空聯明3250萬元資產，去年被依最重可判刑10年的《證券交易法》業務侵占等罪起訴，後因吳認罪並與投資人保護中心達成和解，台北地院昨判他1年10月徒刑、緩刑3年，另須向國庫繳納300萬元。
 
吳宗憲剛在微博發表聲明：「沒有做過任何違背良心的事！這次的官司，遭受童年朋友無端的牽連，感到萬分的無奈，我一輩子從未經手財務，又怎會去做出有損名節的勾當！我相信法律會還我一個清白！我也交由律師全力捍衛個人的名節！…..「斗室之內，但見高潔人品」，是我從小的庭訓！以父母為名，立下重誓！」
