砸12億 陳奕迅還沒買房就賠

陳奕迅今年分別以8300萬港幣（約3.2億台幣）、2.3億港幣（約8.9億台幣）買下香港２棟房產，卻遇上美國宣布退市的計畫，專家預估房價可能跌３成，粗估他將損失４億台幣，港媒報導，愛妻的他簽約時沒用老婆徐濠縈的名字，是擔心徐負擔沉重房貸。

他因老婆徐濠縈和女兒康堤喜歡私人泳池和大花園，才砸下12億首度以個人名義買房，雖然折扣能省下1000萬港幣（約3900台幣），但還沒買就要賠錢；加上女兒的學費、老婆開設的時裝店，與父親醫藥費，他只得努力賺錢。

他「Eason's life世界巡演」今年７月開跑，明年還要去歐洲倫敦、法國開唱，中間還抽空客串電影《金雞SSS》，疑似為了沉重的經濟負擔，對此，他的經紀人不回應。
