標題[問題] 該離職還是撐起來？

進公司約快2個月，公司約200人左右，我的部門就只有一個主管（工程師）、我一個部屬（副工程師）， 工作內容就是對政府單位或是他國政府單位……內容不多談。 我本身主修這領域（過去兩年工作經驗不是做這方面的），我對這塊只能說不陌生，但無實務經驗，所以完全就是新人。 第一個月主管太忙完全沒教我任何事，很多稽核申報，都沒有教我。我自學有限，對於與政府單位聯繫也完全無頭緒。 後來主管就突然離職了，（原因就是太累以及公司權責劃分不清……導致他很累事情很雜），然後主管所有進行的case就很自然的丟到我身上來，我完全不懂也沒同部門的上位者可請示，感覺就很飄渺，很想離職。但如果我撐起來了，就是我表現出成績。 前幾天離職的主管與我聯繫，就順口說了：亂世出英雄，現在正是妳出頭的時代…… 我聽了真是無言，到底該留還是不留，以我什麼都不會，才到職1個多月無經驗，要獨自撐起來是很難的一件事。 我之前已經提過離職，但公司現階段急需掛一張我的證照，所以有慰留…… 該走還是該留呢？ -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.241.218.18
