餐廳名稱：三番食堂 消費時間：2013/10/22 地址：新北市板橋區文化路一段157號 電話：02-29655067 營業時間：11:30~14:30 17:00~22:00 每人平均價位：300~400 今天跟朋友兩人一起吃飯，點餐時服務生一直推薦兩人的火鍋套餐， 快吃完時，服務生幫忙加火鍋的高湯，加完後我發現裡面有一隻蟑螂， 跟店家反應後，服務生竟然說那我幫你把湯換掉，重新再煮一次湯， 我們跟服務生說我們不要吃了，他還很堅持的說要幫我們重新再煮一次湯… 我跟朋友傻眼，難道蟑螂在火鍋裡只會影響到湯，而不會影響裡面的料嗎？ 結帳時，他有幫我們打了九折，就是不加服務費，因為她的服務態度還ok 所以就沒有argue。 第一次遇到這種狀況，傻傻的不知道，沒有據理力爭， 後來想一想，這樣是不是被坑了，應該要賠償一下比較合理， 通常遇到這種狀況應該怎麼辦呀?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.85.159.137
