特強氣旋襲東印 增至14死

印度國家災害管理部副主管瑞迪(Marri Shashidhar Reddy)今天(13日)說，特強氣旋風暴斐林(Phailin)12日晚間在東印度奧里薩省(Orissa)登陸後，強風吹倒大樹和房屋，造成的死亡人數由先前的7人，增至14人。雖然斐林登陸後，強度已逐漸減弱，但隨後帶來的豪雨可能釀成嚴重水災。

瑞迪說：「奧里薩省有13人不幸喪生，安德拉省(Andhra Pradesh)有1人喪命，這是最少已知的死亡統計人數。」
