這樣的轉賣是很有問題的 金控法規定不可以投資非金融產業超過某個比例 但是 實際上要買球隊 就算中信金不能買 也可以用辜家自己的錢買 這並不是多大的數字 可以直接掛辜仲諒的名字 反正辜家就不只這個錢了 更不用說 另一個辜家還有一些生產部門可以買球隊 透過一個如此複雜的機制去購買球隊 等於在找了一個防火牆 反正將來出事的時候 就只會燒到華藝公司 至於要買球隊讓聯盟點頭 就把辜家亮出來 這樣實在有違誠信原則 以這個角度來看 將來球團經營不下去 要解散的時候 中信辜家一點責任都沒有 反正 都是they要解散 we很想贊助 如果是這樣的條件 那兄弟乾脆打槍辜家 賣給歷保好了 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.230.190.210
