公司 友達 汽車周邊零件(傳產) 職務 設備助理工程師 品檢助管師 上班時間 12H 08:00~16:30(中午休息30分) 班制: 四二輪，前半年常日班 正常 做二休二 月薪: 底薪16K+其他=28K 全薪25K(三個月後視情況加1~5K) 值日班:+2K 值夜班:+8K 年終1~2月 不一定 年終2個月(應該是用底薪給) 加班: 沒問很清楚 幾乎正常下班,偶爾17:00~17:30(責任) 交通: 騎車約30分 騎車約15分 工作內容: 保養維修機台 初期先學外觀品檢,之後巡檢,做報表 跟其他部門主管開會等等... 環境: 乾淨,須穿防塵衣 沒冷氣,夏天會悶熱,廠內有點暗 小弟私立科大工管系畢,這兩個工作都想嘗試看看,友達是蠻想去的,但是底薪真的太低了 想說先做傳產試看看,累積經驗後再轉到大公司,但會不會因為第一份工作而影響到未來 的轉職呢? 請各位版友給個意見吧 感恩! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.209.185
