標題[討論] 離職原因要說哪一種？

現在想換工作主要是因為兩個因素 因素一是因為自己進修後 發現進修的這些工具在目前工作上都很難應用 這些工具是業界滿普遍的手法 但現公司卻無法發揮自己學到的東西 因素二則是公司想省人力 別部門同仁離職後 公司要我除了現在的工作外再另外兼他的工作 我會變成有兩個主管 覺得這樣的人力配置不合理 請問大家 以資方角度看 被問起離職原因時哪一種較討喜？ 雖然我個人認為一會比較適合 但也是怕即將面試的公司也沒使用這些工具 這樣回答反而很扣分 加上現在離過年沒多久 這個時段離職應該多少會覺得有點問題 哪一種說法比較好呢 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.34.158.107
