標題[請益] 頭皮保養的必要性?

我是男生從來沒有保養過頭皮保養一次便宜的三四百跑不掉小弟也只是個學生而已所以一次也沒做過上次剪頭髮時理髮師照我的頭皮給我看說我的頭皮很嚴重需要保養好像我的頭皮是油性的有堵住毛囊之類巴拉巴拉一堆他就推薦去角質說這樣沒好好保養以後會禿頭之類的讓我有點猶豫到底要不要保養頭皮想請問一下大家有沒有保養頭皮真的會差很多嗎? 另外可以買一些洗髮乳在家自己保養嗎? 謝謝大家~~~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.205.14.103
