【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】中國一名網友「小燦」被其他網友封為「絕世美女」，但他的真實身分是比女人還女人的男人，也就是「偽娘」。

小燦的古裝扮相相當古典動人，除了迷倒中國網友，最近連日本網友都注意到他，還有男網友說：「我超想跟他結婚。」還有網友不相信他真的是男人。
