請問紅燈剩下二秒起步,結果被閃燈了

昨晚在十宇路口等紅燈時
紅燈還有3~4秒時
因隔壁的汽車有動了一下
結果我就在剩下2秒時起步了
這時候後面就突然閃了二下
我也沒剎車就繼續往前走了

請問大大這樣是否有構成闖紅燈呢???
因為橫向車道也是紅燈
我的車道也是紅燈
這樣可以申訴嗎???
