農戶嚇到了 三隻小豬被宰了

翡翠水庫集水區發現「三隻小豬」，引起翡管局、水源局等單位重視，環保署為此公告新店溪青潭堰為重要取水口以上集水區，全面禁止養豬，三隻小豬影響力非比尋常。

翡翠水庫管理局經營管理科長黃世欽說，今年3月間，接獲檢舉指坪林水德村附近有民眾在翡翠水庫集水內偷偷養豬，不廢水排入集水區，惡臭也讓民眾受不了。

黃世欽說，台北水源管理局與翡翠水庫管理局都接獲檢舉，於是趕忙召集人員前往現場會勘，結果果然發現水德村有農戶在屋後蓋工寮養豬，該農戶對官員來查豬，非常驚訝，趕忙把三隻小豬宰了，並切結不再偷養豬。黃世欽表示，三隻小豬雖然早就被宰了，但如今環保署為此公告翡翠水庫全面禁養豬，三隻小豬仍然有很大「貢獻」。

翡管局表示，民國75年至77年間，行政院花5800萬元收購豬隻，助拆遷或停養，豬農取得補償費後全數撤離，自來水法也規定，集水區禁止飼養家禽、家畜營利，依規定現在水源區內一隻豬都不能養。
