孟憲梅牧師言論再度引發爭議！根據蘋果日報報導，日前一段佈道影片中，孟憲梅牧師向信眾說，她在泰國吃了狗肉，雖然家人告訴她千萬不能吃狗肉，但她仍掏出1000泰幣，買了一隻狗並煮了一鍋，還說，「狗肉真的非常香，難怪叫香肉，當地人稱呼為天堂肉，據說吃了以後就會上天堂。」

雖然孟憲梅強調，「吃狗肉是為了放下成見，因為當有成見時，是無法認同對方的，就像我一開始覺得泰北很冷，但吃完狗肉後，反而覺得內心很溫暖。」，不過此番言論，遭到網友抨擊狗屁不通，對此東海靈糧堂回應，孟憲梅的確屬於該教會，此段影片是去年拍攝的，會遭到誤解是因有心人刻意操作所致，不過未來教會在佈道時將會更為嚴謹，以免再遭誤解。

孟憲梅牧師言論引發爭議並不是第一次，她之前曾為了激勵教徒守貞，竟在台上大喊，「主耶穌，謝謝你，恢復我的處女膜！」而引發網友抨擊訕笑，該段影片也在網路上瘋傳，不過東海靈糧堂的回應也是，孟牧師的言論本意並不是這樣，該影片是遭網友斷章取義才導致社會大眾誤解。
