隨手餵吐司零食　當心Baby變阿呆長不高

餵未足歲的嬰兒吃吐司、麵條及餅乾等成人澱粉食物，當心日後口味恐偏好重鹹，影響健康，因高鈉除妨害鋅的吸收，恐怕變阿呆又長不高。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，《美國臨床營養學期刊》前年刊出一篇研究指出，6個月以下的寶寶吃過成人澱粉食物，日後口味恐偏重鹹。董氏基金會營養師表示，研究指的澱粉食物是一般餅乾、吐司、麵條、麵包等，成人不覺得這些食物鹹，但製程中都有加鹽，無形中塑造嬰兒對鹹味的偏好。董氏營養組指出，高鈉除妨害鋅的吸收，影響智力，還會使鈣質流失，影響骨骼發育，並增加罹患高血壓等慢性疾病風險。（陳亮諭／綜合報導）
