酒駕撞死女醫 說僅能賠50萬

1名詹姓男子去年5月間凌晨酒駕撞死台大曾姓女醫師，遭檢方起訴。家屬求償3000萬元，但詹男表示僅能賠償50餘萬元。

37歲詹姓男子去年5月間凌晨，因酒駕不慎撞死台大曾姓女醫師遭檢方起訴，他今天在開庭時表示，犯後因一時緊張誤踩油門，並非肇事逃逸，但檢方則認為詹男說詞與證人供詞、現場跡證不符，請求法院重判。

詹男委任律師指出，被告悔不當初，且曾有輕生念頭，也願意與家屬商談和解，但只能賠償新台幣50萬元，與曾女家屬提出請求新台幣3000萬元賠償有極大落差，全案今天辯論終結，將在3月12日下午宣判。
