高公局：未准遠通非ETC商業行為

外傳遠通以電子收費用戶個資，向刑事警察局兜售喊價，遠通表示，提出的預算建議只是刑事警察局「系統設備建置經費」，並非用路人個資。高公局也表示，訂有「電子收費系統個人資料檔案安全維護處理要點」，規定ETC營運廠商只能使用個資推廣電子收費業務，像是營運服務推陳出新時行銷作為等，絕不同意廠商運用於其他商業行為。
