「叫破喉嚨也沒人聽得到」 正妹遭指姦得逞

【陳偉周／基隆報導】酒後亂性！基隆市1名約30多歲李姓男子，上周五下午在工地喝酒後微醺，見準備下班的約20多歲女同事長相甜美，落單正在等男朋友，趁機將她強押進工地內1間工寮，將她褲子褪去，過程中女子驚聲尖叫說「救命呀」，仍被李男回嗆「叫破喉嚨也沒人聽得到」，最後遭手指插入性侵得逞。
 
工地同事陸續返回上班，女子向同事訴苦，眾人得知後氣得追打李男同時報警處理，李男應訊時渾身酒味，矢口否認性侵，事後才坦承犯行。當天晚上檢方依強制性交罪將李男聲押獲准。
