小弟在年底轉職拿到兩份offer 想請教各位前輩哪個比較好 A B 公司 OBM上市公司的子公司 零組件廠商 地點 汐止 內湖 職稱 Junior PM 國外業務 工時 0900~2100(常加班) 0900~1900 薪資 N*14(保障) N*14 福利 生日禮金，三節獎金，季獎金 生日禮金，三節獎金，分紅 分紅 住所 家(通勤約50分鐘) 家(騎車約40分鐘) 備註 是一個很賺錢的公司預計明年上市 公司的產品很Niche，但目前的技術 公司擴編人員及廠房，公司想培養 應用層面很廣，公司穩定成長 Sales 全方面的PM人才，據說年終可以到 team 很強，客戶多為歐美客戶 3-6個月 由於覺得國外業務的職缺可以學到很多東西，和客戶交手的經驗 第一份工作也是業務起家，想說繼續當業務 但是第二份工作也是一份很好的機會，公司正在快速成長 薪資可能是我目前這份加三成左右，也有獨當一面的機會，但公司步調非常快 常加班。 因此這裡要問問各位前輩的意見，該如何抉擇? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.129.135.66 ※ joejohn:轉錄至看板 Tech_Job 12/26 22:58
