台灣智慧卡推「獨家授權」鴨卡　惹火霍夫曼

【陳偉周／基隆報導】鴨爸不來了！今天晚間8時許，黃色小鴨發起人黃景泰開記者會說明，荷蘭藝術家霍夫曼原定搭KL0807班機，在今天下午3時50分抵達桃園機場，臨時取消行程，信中提及看到聯合報刊登，台灣智慧卡推出「獨家授權」小鴨悠遊卡，認為竟有染商業行為非常生氣。
 
黃景泰在記者會上表示，「主辦策展單位，以積極開放、樂觀的態度，不論是個人、店舖、企業」可能在溝通上與霍夫曼造成誤解。對此，台灣智慧卡副總經理王怡中也在記者會上道歉，「尊重霍夫曼先生的立場，維護他的權益，有誤解獨家授權的字樣」，表示將會更正，但該款產品仍會持續販售。
