【戴之聖／基隆報導】基隆市民眾今天早上10時許，向環保局反應大武崙溪有不明油品漂在水面上，環保局趕緊派人前往了解，到場後果然看到武訓街旁的大武崙溪河面上有近500公尺的油污，循線調查發現是1家位於工業區的火鍋料加工廠所漏出；工廠人員表示，因為鍋爐的控制閥沒有關緊，才會導致裡面的重油外洩，當下已經用木屑與吸油棉做處置。

環保局表示，依《水汙染防制法》，按情節輕重可處6到60萬元罰鍰。
